This website is provided for the convenience of the taxpayers. Within this site, you will find general information about the district and the ad valorem property tax system in Texas, as well as information regarding specific properties within the district. The District is responsible for appraising all real and business personal property for 23 taxing entities in Falls County and surrounding counties according to the Texas Property Tax Code and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).
The Falls County Central Appraisal District’s primary responsibilities include the discovery and listing of all taxable property into the appraisal records; to appraise all taxable property at market value; administer exemptions and special use valuations and basically be a central location for all information used by the taxing jurisdictions in Falls County.
